KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Content Production (60%)
● Develop creative concepts, scripts, and production plans for educational and promotional videos to support course marketing.
● Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, filming coordination, and post-production editing.
● Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
● Stay updated on video marketing trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences to continuously enhance content strategy.
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and academic teams to align video content with brand messaging and business objectives.
● Analyze video performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content effectiveness.
Multi-Platform Content Creation (40%)
● Write content for social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
● Adapt content formats and messaging for different channels and audiences.
● Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals.
Research & Content Strategy
● Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize campaigns.
● Develop educational content to highlight CMA benefits.
● Communicate CMA course USPs effectively to target audiences.
Execution & Reporting
● Implement tasks as planned and provide periodic reports.
● Utilize HubSpot, Base, ChatGPT, and Google Analytics for efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred;
● Candidates with unrelated degrees but at least 1-2 years of proven experience in Marketing or Communications are welcome to apply.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles (knowledge of Inbound Marketing is a plus).
● Proficient in the end-to-end content marketing process, with experience creating and experimenting with various content formats across different social media platforms (video production experience is an advantage).
● Tech Savvy: Ability to leverage technological tools to optimize workflows, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Google ecosystem tools, and Data Studio.
● Detail-oriented, punctual, adheres to deadlines, with excellent teamwork and independent working capabilities.
● Strong ability to research, synthesize information, and identify emerging marketing trends with a creative mindset.
● Strong reading and comprehension skills in English.
