Job Description:
1. Recruitment (80%)
- Design recruitment posters and write job posting content to publish on social media platforms and job
sites, aiming to attract suitable candidates for assigned positions.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates to introduce job opportunities, clarify job requirements,
and conduct initial screenings to assess fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support for interviews with relevant departments.
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
2. Internal Communication & Employer Branding Support (20%)
- Participate in ideation and content creation for employer branding on platforms such as Linkedin and
Facebook.
- Research content trends appealing to young audiences to enhance reach and engagement on the
company’s career site and recruitment fanpage.
- Support the organization of internal events.
Education
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Marketing,
Communication, or related fields
Experience
- No prior experience is required, but having experience in HR-related tasks is a plus
- Have strong interest and career orientation in HR, especially in recruitment

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail...) or Microsoft Office.

Working hours
