As the Partnership Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for building strategies and overseeing the execution of partnership and event marketing activities to:
- Develop long-term, high-impact relationships with strategic partners
- Generate high-quality leads for the business
- Strengthen brand awareness and elevate the professional image of SAPP Academy in the fields of Finance – Investment – Analysis
- Strategic Partnership Development & Management
- Build and execute long-term partnership development strategies across various stakeholders: CFA Institute, financial companies (securities, banking, etc.), universities, student clubs, professional organizations, KOLs/influencers, and more.
- Proactively propose new initiatives to strengthen and deepen strategic partnerships.
- Design and implement mutual-benefit partnership programs including co-branding, scholarships, recruitment collaboration, co-hosted events...
- Negotiate, sign, and manage partnership agreements (e.g., MOUs with universities, financial institutions, etc.)
- Oversee brand representation, visual identity, and communication in all partner-related activities.
- Manage partnership budget, track performance, and report regularly to upper management.
- Initiate new partner acquisition projects, including action plans, KPIs, and evaluation tools.
- Handle any issues arising during the partnership implementation process.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with other teams (Content, Video, Sales...) to ensure alignment and consistency across all campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on progress, outcomes, and challenges to the Marketing Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Fluent in English – capable of working with international partners.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Partnership). Preferably worked in education, international organizations, or agencies with extensive partner networks.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining partnerships with businesses, institutions, and professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
- Proven project management and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
- Solid foundation in Service Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or Partner Development is a strong plus.
