KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting in Needs Analysis and Learning Design
- Needs analysis involves gathering data to determine the audience’s learning needs and organization. It can involve interviewing topic experts, analyzing job performance data, and reviewing organizational goals.
- LD Professionals conduct a needs analysis to identify the learning objectives, target audience, and content requirements. This is the foundation for the overall structure of the learning experience.
2. Supporting in Content development
- Content development is the principal duty of LD Professionals. Here is where they create and curate the content and materials that support learning outcomes. The content may include various formats, such as: Text, Graphics, Videos, Simulations, Audio, Case studies.
3. Supporting in Learning Management System (LMS) Operation
- Using LMS, LD Professionals create, manage, deliver, and track learning experiences. It’s a type of software platform that provides LD Professionals with all the tools to facilitate collaboration, feedback, and social learning among learners.
- The LMS platform makes uploading and managing course content easier, including videos, e learning modules, and other multimedia material. It helps ensure course materials are accessible and user friendly and helps meet learning outcomes. LD Professionals use the LMS to track learner progress and performance, such as completion rates and test scores.
4. Supporting in Face to face Classes Delivery
- LD Professionals deliver face to face classes by ensuring the readiness of Lecturers, Materials, Delivery Plan, Learning Activities, and Facilities. LD Professionals support learners academically through their learning journey via multiple communication channels. Face to face classes may include various activities, such as: Self reflection, Observation, Group discussion, Role-play, Gamification, Debate.
5. Evaluation and Feedback
- LD Professionals are responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the learning experience using formative and summative evaluations. They gather feedback from learners and stakeholders and analyze the data to determine the impact of their learning experiences.
- This can involve data gathered from: Test scores, Completion rates, Surveys, Focus groups.
- The feedback helps LD Professionals make informed decisions to improve the learning experience. The data might require them to revise the learning materials, change the instructional approach, or modify the learning environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about human development performance and productivity;
- Proficient in reading and translating English – Vietnamese (IELTS Overall 6.5+ is a plus);
- Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills;
- Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner;
- Active; Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptive to changing priorities;
- Proficient in multimedia editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) is a plus.
